1. What InHandPay provides

InHandPay provides salary, income-tax, provident-fund, gratuity, HRA, and related calculators, reports, and educational content focused on India. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features when the service or applicable rules change.

2. Estimates, not professional advice

Results are estimates based on the information you enter, publicly available rules, and simplifying assumptions. Actual salary, tax, payroll, PF, gratuity, or other outcomes may differ because of employer policies, individual circumstances, and changes in law.

InHandPay is not a government authority, employer, payroll provider, chartered accountant, or financial adviser. Nothing on the site is tax, legal, financial, investment, employment, or accounting advice. Verify important decisions with official sources and an appropriately qualified professional.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and how you use the results. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, falsely imply an association with InHandPay or Centaur Creations, or reproduce or resell substantial parts of the site or its paid materials without permission. If you are not legally competent to enter into a contract, use the site only with the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian.

4. Intellectual property

The InHandPay and Centaur Creations names, branding, design, original content, code, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use the site and save or print your own results for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted except where applicable law permits them.

5. Advertising, third-party services and purchases

The site is free to use and is funded by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense and are clearly distinguishable from our own content. We do not endorse, vet, or take responsibility for advertised products or services, and an advertiser’s appearance here is not a recommendation. How advertising cookies are used, and how to opt out or change your consent, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The site also contains links and embedded content from other third parties, including Product Hunt and SuperProfile. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Digital products may be sold and fulfilled through a third-party checkout. Review the seller, product description, total price, delivery method, refund or cancellation terms, and support details shown at checkout before purchasing. We do not control an independent platform’s operation, but this does not remove any responsibility we may have as the seller of a Centaur Creations product.

6. Availability and warranties

We take reasonable care when preparing the site, but cannot promise that every result or item of content will always be complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or its estimates. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Privacy

9. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of a court or consumer forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
